Privacy Policy
1. Controller
Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes which personal data we process when you visit this website and use BillKeepr, for what purpose and on what legal basis.
2. Visiting the website
When you access the website, our hosting provider [provider, EU location] processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system. This data is kept in server logs for a maximum of 14 days for security and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website only uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. language setting). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
3. Contact form and e-mail
If you write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally company, and the content of your message to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is stored in our e-mail system and, where applicable, CRM, and deleted once the request is closed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Registration and use of BillKeepr
To use BillKeepr you create a company account. We process company details, users’ names and e-mail addresses, login data and billing data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax and commercial law obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The data you enter in BillKeepr – customers, contacts, invoices, receipts, transfers – is processed exclusively on your behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR), based on the data processing agreement that forms part of the Terms. You remain the controller of this data.
To provide the service we use the following processors: hosting and database [provider, data centre in the EU]; e-mail delivery of invoices and system messages [provider]; payment processing [provider]. Data processing agreements are in place with all providers. No transfers to third countries take place, or only on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of the contract. After termination you can export your data for 30 days; it is then deleted. Billing data is retained for seven years under § 132 BAO (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). Server logs are deleted after 14 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time. Simply e-mail hello@agilecoderz.com.
If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
7. Security and changes
All connections are TLS-encrypted. Only staff who need access to provide the service have access to customer data. We update this policy when the service or the legal situation changes; the current version is always available on this page.
